PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Mr. William C.H. Tan is the Executive Proprietor and also the founder of WTA. He is proudly a Fellow Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Taxation and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also a Certified Chartered Accountant and Auditor.
He obtained his professional qualification, i.e. Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) in 1983. Upon his graduation, he started his career as an Audit Assistant with an established accounting firm and was then promoted to Audit Manager. After gaining 6 years of experience from the firm, he formed his own accounting firm, i.e. WTA.
He has over 30 years of experience particularly in financial accounting, auditing, taxation planning, company secretarial as well as corporate management and advisory services. WTA’s rapid development and growth was largely due to his vast and extensive experience and network, and his personal dynamism, vision and sharp business acumen.
He is presently responsible for the overall strategic direction, business development and corporate advisory of WTA. He also sits on the board of a few Public Companies listed on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad namely, LKL International Berhad, Grand-Flo Solution Berhad, Careplus Group Berhad and EITA Resources Berhad. He also sits on the Board of Simat Technologies Public Company Limited, a public company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Mr. Lee Lai Hseng is the Chief Operating Officer of William C. H. Tan & Associates, a Chartered Accountants firm. He qualified professionally through Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the year of 2001 and he is presently is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He has more than 20 years of experience particularly in financial reporting, auditing, taxation and planning, as well as corporate management and advisory. AUDIT DIRECTOR Ms Catherine Ng Wei Wei joined William C. H. Tan & Associates in 2005 and was appointed as Director on 1 July 2010. She received her Bachelor of Accounting from Charles Sturt University, Australia in 2000. She qualified professionally through the Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia on 29 March 2004 and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 1 July 2005. Catherine has over 16 years of experience in providing assurance services to a wide range of Malaysian and multinational clients. AUDIT DIRECTOR Mr. Winson Ng Yeow Lim, obtained his Bachelor of degree in Commerce, from the University of Queensland, Australia. He was also included in the Dean’s List of Charles Sturt University, Australia category Accounting in recognition of his outstanding academic performance. He is presently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He has over 15 years of experience which covers audits of businesses and financial due diligence review for merger and acquisition purposes. AUDIT DIRECTOR Mr. Tey Chin Chun, obtained his Bachelor of Accounting, from the University of Malaya. He started his career as an audit assistant with WTA in 2009 and subsequently promoted as an audit director. He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2013 and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2020. He has over 11 years of experience which covers audits of a wide range of businesses of Malaysian and multinational clients. |

TAX DIRECTOR Ms Wong Shee Yin is the director of WTC. She started her career as tax assistant with WTC in 2002 and appointed as director in 2019. She received her Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from University of Abertay Dundee, Scotland in 2002. She has over 18 years’ experience particularly in tax compliance and advisory. |

She received her Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from University of Tunku Adbul Rahman in 2006. She has over 14 years’ experience particularly in tax compliance and advisory. |
